Vivienne discovered yoga in her mid-twenties when she was suffering from physical ailments such as frozen shoulder, bulging disc, and scoliosis. She had no idea that her first yoga class would change her life forever. She found yoga to be challenging and healing and whilst lying in the final resting posture, she had a profound experience which she describes as “ a life line back to herself”, this moment would then become the catalyst to her path of true healing and transformation.
